I have been a patient here for a year or two now and I have had 5 star experiences every time! Dr. Smith and his whole team are amazing. My cleanings and normal upkeep appointments are great here but they really proved how amazing they are when I was having some major mouth and jaw pain. I had tooth pain for about 4 years prior to coming here and three different dentists couldn’t figure out the cause. I went in to see Dr. Smith when I was having really bad jaw pain and after talking and listening we decided to try a night guard. I was skeptical because I didn’t think I ground my teeth or clenched at night but man was I so wrong! Almost right away after getting and wearing my night guard my pain was dissipating. It’s now completely gone! I couldn’t be more thankful that I listened to his advice. He was never pushy about it which I appreciated! So all this to say, thank you to Dr. Smith and his whole team! See ya again in 6 months!

Some people make you laugh a little louder, smile a little bigger and your life a little better. Dr. Smith and his staff can do that for you and your teeth. Discovered this gem while my mum was visiting and needed a routine cleaning. Located close at Northfield with easy parking, I was very impressed with this office. Most people fear or dread their dentistry appointment. The staff here is super friendly and welcoming. We called and were able to get a new patient appointment without having to wait months out. Everything from checkin to post services was stellar service. Dr. Smith was very kind and compassionate during the consultation. He was detailed and thorough in his explanation for services for my mum. I despise offices that berate clients if you haven't had the best dental care or insurance. I think most people don't knowingly skip dental care, they simply didn't have access. Additionally I love that they didn't upsell or are very pushy with additional services at every opportunity. They provided options and estimates before performing services. They also have later hours for busy professionals. You can do a lot online or in person. Overall this should be a five star review. Unfortunately, while I was waiting for my mom, a hygenist or perhaps the other receptionist/male assistant kept bad mouthing a customer who left a one star Google review. I was really taken aback and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and respect for clientele in the wait room. And it didn't seem to reflect Dr. Smith and the rest of the staff I have had encounters with during our visits. Having moved in the area, I am excited to find a great dentist. Now my mom is even more grateful, gorgeous and glowing. Big thanks to Dr. Smith and his team!

Never given a dental review but first for everything. Have been going to Modern Dentistry-Northfield) for 2+ yrs since moving to Denver. Excellent service but this review is for a crown I had replaced by Dr. Escala who was new to this practice at the time. I think this is my 5th crown and I was in and out in about 2 hrs (they make crown there). The only pain I had was for numbing shot, nothing else even after it wore off and no after effects whatsoever, would not have known anything happened with that tooth, a first for me and quite amazing. Can’t say that about any other crown I have gotten so Thank You Dr. Escala! And Ami, who does all my teeth maintenance, you are a gem, my BP doesn’t go up going to the dentist anymore which is something for me. Thank you for that and all the great suggestions and info you provide.
