My experience overall was good. Lots of A+ bedside manner hospitality. Everything done was explained thoroughly and understandably. Dentist and assitance were super helpful and accommodating. The only disappointment was the check in process as I had a commute about 30 minutes out and wasn't informed until walk in 5 min prior to my appointment scheduled that my insurance wasn't billed active. (Which indeed it was) That being said I had to call my insurance and thankfully 3 way phone call solved the matter but it pushed appointment back by at least 20 to 25 minutes. From an error not in my control.
Due to this I feel it caused longer visit time spending almost 3 hours for work in reviewing from previous restorive measures taken elsewhere and a general cleaning. Something i don't see having to take that extended duration of time. But again overall good service and I still recommend.

I had two bottom molar implants placed at the same time by Dr. Saul Escala and Dr. Zaid Al Salman, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They explained everything clearly, made me feel very comfortable, and the whole process went smoothly. The recovery was easier than I expected, and the implants already feel natural and make chewing so much better. I’m very thankful for their excellent care and highly recommend them.

Our children also are seen here. It's been a wonderful experience to not have to be seen in multiple locations. The staff is also great!
