Signs You May Need Emergency Dental Care

- Severe Pain – this is a sign of infection that may require antibiotics as well as pain relief medication

- Accident – an injury to your mouth/jaw should be seen immediately

- Cracked or Chipped Tooth - it may not seem serious, but ignoring a small crack or chip in your tooth can create larger dental issues

- Lost Tooth – assuming it was a permanent tooth, there’s a possibility the tooth could be saved if seen in time.

- Excessive bleeding - this may be due to gum disease, an accident or any number of other causes

- Pus or Infection – this type of infection could actually spread if ignored

I actually came here after having a really bad experience at another dentist. I didnt tell them exactly what happened, just that I needed an appointment sooner than later because mine fell through. I may have just been lucky, but they were able to see me in an hour. Dr Smith was very kind and when I was presented with options for different things, he walked me through the differences and was very open when I asked 'why' for things I didn't understand. All the other staff I encountered were very nice as well. This was one of the best dental experiences Ive had. I plan to make this my primary dental practice.
